William J Panter

Lived on the corner of Highland Drive and 7200 south; first president of the Brown and Sandford Ditch Company that incorporated in 1900; that company brought irrigation to Poverty Flats so that agriculture could take place. Brown and Sanford came out of Big Cottonwood Canyon.
